Come see the Biltmore Estate with us and enjoy the beautifully decorated estate at Christmas time. Not only is it a sight to see then but the house itself is worth the visit as it is filled with so much history, prestige and beautifully preserved artifacts. Itinerary: Date leaving: November 15, 2010 at 6:00 AM from Annett Bus Garage Arrival Time: November 15, 2010 at 7:30 PM with stops every 2 hour for a 30 minute break/Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner November 16, 2010 Depart Hotel @ 10:00 AM for the Folk Art Center (Duration 2 hrs) then on to lunch at the ???? for 1 hour then on to the Biltmore Estate stay for a self guided tour of house. November 17, 2010 Depart Hotel @ 9:00 AM and arrive at the Biltmore Estate for a self guided tour of the Gardens, Winery and conservatory and shop at the Antler Hill (Biltmore) Village after the tour. We will then visit both the Thomas Wolfe Memorial and the Smith-McDowell House (1 Hour Guided Tour) and then on to a late Lunch. After lunch we will take a little self guided tour of the city by bus with a last stop for dinner (TBA). After an eventful day we will return to the hotel for a little R&R and around 6:00 it’s on to supper and finally back to the room for a full nights rest. November 18, 2010 Depart for home @ 6:00 AM and arrive at 7:30 PM with a 30 minute rest stop every 2 hours for breakfast/lunch/dinner. |
