| Cancellation and Refund Policy: |
New Policy All events must be fully paid for 3 months in advance unless otherwise stated on our website or in our flyers. Please read Cancellation/Refund Policy for any questions you may have about refunds and cancellations. We had to implement this policy due to the changing policies of our Vendors. Event tickets will be purchased by us 1 day after payment due date. (Please see trips for Payment Due Date.) Once we have made these purchases we cannot & will not receive a refund either. (Please see Cancellation/refund policy) Payment Due Dates If full payment is not received on/by due date your reservation WILL be canceled and any deposit will be refunded the next business day. Reservations made after the due date are to be made via our website by credit card or paypal account. We apologize for any inconveniences that this may cause. Cancellation/Refund Policy Cancellations and Refunds are at the sole discretion of Princess Dianne Tours, Inc. and will be based on non-recoverable expenses and other factors: Provided we receive written notice 30 days prior to the departure of all bus tours.- we will attempt to resell seats, if not resold, the customer is still obligated to pay for the non-sold/non-cancelable parts of the package. If for any reason Princess Dianne Tours, Inc. cancels any of their scheduled trips, full refunds will be given. If you are sharing a room and your partner cancels or leaves the tour en route, you will be required to pay the difference between the double and single accommodation tour cost. Dates and prices are subject to change due to Vendor changes. Trips may be cancelled if not enough people! Please note we do not send out reminders on payments due so please be sure to mark the date on your calendar. For tours which include air, a full refund will be made up to 61 days before departure as indicated. Cancellations or changes made within 60 days of departure may be subject to charges assessed by the airlines and/or tour suppliers. One last Item to Note: Princess Dianne Tours, Inc. is undergoing a transformation of ownership. We will still be run by the Same Family and go by the same name & look. We will still have the same fun, Professional Service & same Low Prices as possible.
