Sample Menu Rivership Romance

Below is a sample menu for either regularly scheduled lunch or dinner cruises. The
Sunday Brunch is different in that there is an additional buffet of breakfast items, and then
the lunch. While this menu is typical of the menu on all our regularly schedule cruises, the
actual recipes will change from time to time to take advantage of seasonal foods, but there
will always be a variety from which to choose.



Tantalizing tastes await your arrival

All fare onboard the Romance is prepared to order from the freshest ingredients
in our ship's gourmet galley. We strive to make your meal as wonderful as the
rest of your trip. Your entrees are preceded by salad, rolls & butter, accompanied
by vegetables, and followed by dessert.

Please note that the menu is subject to change by chef’s choice to take advantage
of seasonal items that will keep our menu at its’ freshest.

Colonel Beauregard’s
Southern Tilapia
Tender baked Tilapia filet seasoned with southern style spices, topped with a
refreshingly cool cucumber salsa and partnered with a key lime remoulade.

Tango Mango Pork Tenderloin
Fresh pork tenderloin marinated, then roasted and accompanied by our house
made mango bbq sauce and garnished with hand-cut plantain straws.

Summer Citrus Chicken
A fresh chicken breast seasoned and roasted perfectly then finished with a blood
orange glaze.

Uncle Virgil’s Vegetable Gratin
Hand-chopped roasted vegetables baked in an herb and swiss cheese béchamel
sauce then encrusted with panko and parmesan.

Succulent beef dishes created daily from the freshest ingredients.
