| Ft Lauderdale is a city of islands held together by an intricate web of canals, rivers, bays and waterways hundreds of miles long. Needless to say, boating is a favorite city pastime, whether zooming along on a speedboat, enjoying a fishing charter, or cruising the coastline by yacht. Beautiful homes of every size and style make up the bulk of this primarily residential area. By the beach, a leisurly stroll can be taken along the new landscaping wavewall design of the beachfront promenade. But this city is anything but sedate. Once a spring break hot spot, the town still has an energetic and colorful nightlife. Nearby, charming Laudrdale-By-the-Sea is home to one of the only living coral reefs in the US accesible from shore. Las Olas Boulevard, a shoppers paradise, is the chic new shopping and trendy dining area of downtown. If sports are more your inclination, dozens of golf courses and hundreds of public parks allow you to absorb the great Florida outdoors. Cultural arts are also popular. Water taxis bring theater-goers from throughout the city to the Performing Arts Center on the water. Monday My 10th arrive 9:00 am at Princess Cay and depart at 4:00 pm Princess Cays is a remote peninsula near the tip of Eleuthera Island, about 30 miles across the sea from Nassau. About forty acres of land are reserved exclusively for the cruise line's passengers. Activities at this Princess-only place begin and end at the beach. Swimming, kayaking, paddle boating, banana boating (visit and find out what that's about!), snorkeling, jet-skiing, and parasailing fill the day. Kids have their own playground and pint-size "pirate ship" to occupy their time. Explorers will take to the trails to find the Crow's Nest, the Mangrove Lagoon, and the Lagoon Lookout. Tuesday May 11th At SEA Wensday May 12th arrive 8:00 am at Ocho Rios and depart at 4:00 pm Ocho Rios, or "Ochee" as it is known locally, has experienced such explosive growth over the last decade that few people can recall the sleepy fishing village, bauxite port and stream-laced nirvana that once existed. Today it is a high density town of concrete hotels, condominium complexes, office blocks, multiple shopping centers and extreme traffic congestion but still one of the favorite cruise ship ports in the Caribbean. The economy of the town is based almost entirely on tourism. Thursday May 13th arrive 7:00 am at Grand Cayman depart 4:00 pm Spectacular natural beauty, a wealth of activities and points of interest, and all the modern conveniences to make your stay as comfortable as possible can be found here on the largest and most developed of the three Cayman Islands. Grand Cayman is the home of George Town, the capital city, which boasts some of the finest cuisine and shopping in the Caribbean. Whether you want to explore a sunken wreck, dance the night away, or simply go sightseeing, Grand Cayman is the place to start. Friday May 14th arrive 9:00 am at Cozumel and depart 7:00 pm The beautiful island of Cozumel, the largest inhabited island in Mexico, is a paradise for divers from all over the world. The island is surrounded by more than 25 reef formations where divers of all ages and skills can enter into a completely fascinating and different world: endless coral inhabited by immense shoals of colorful fish. The possibilities are interminable for both beginners and experts. East of the Yucatán Peninsula, on top of the age- old structures of the Mayan coral reef, the second largest in the world, stands the Island of Cozumel, the largest inhabited island in Mexico. Its name, derived from the word Cuzamil, meaning “island of swallows” in Maya, conjures up memories of its pre-Hispanic origin, the conquest of America and the pirates and buccaneers that thronged its seas. The Island of Cozumel measures 48 km from north to south but only 16 from east to west. On either side of the island, beaches form a long, white sandy coast. Gentle waves and transparent waters wash the western side of the island, while huge waves crash against the eastern side. Its flora and fauna have a number of unusual features and include certain endemic species, such as the dwarf raccoon and the Cozumel wren. Cozumel’s greatest wealth, however, lies underwater.
